I view students, and our work with them, as investments rather than expenses. Regardless of ethnicity, language barriers, or socioeconomic background, all students will learn when provided effective outputs. Effective outputs produce exceptional student outcomes. I believe in a constant cycle of data analysis, purposeful planning, implementation of strategies, monitoring for success, and repeating the cycle to accomplish high achieving goals for all students.
